This second floor holiday apartment enjoys beautiful views across the River Ouse. Both the sitting room and both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows all with river views, making this a very bright and sunny apartment.  There are 2 double bedrooms, one which can be made into either 2 single beds or a 6ft double bed. There is also a cot available. The sitting room is spacious with 2 sofas and dining table and the balcony also has a large table and chairs for outside dining.
The kitchen is well quipped and there are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite shower room with wash hand basin and w.c and a house bathroom with bath, shower over bath, wash hand basin and w.c. The apartment has an entry phone system and a secure gated underground car parking space for one car.
