Situated in the Stockbridge area of the city, you will find plenty of very interesting shops and restaurants on your doorstep and the main popular sites of Edinburgh are only 10 - 20 minutes walk away.

Sitting Room with dining table and chairs to seat 6 people and sofa bed to sleep an extra two people. The sitting room has a flat screen T.V with Sky and DVD Player. You will also find a selection of DVD's and childrens' games.
Well equipped kitchen with everything you will need during your stay including dishwasher and washer / dryer.
House bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Second Floor:
Double bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite shower room with shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
Twin bedroom which can be made into a double bed if required.
